Refund policy
Here's the updated policy with all three edits applied:
14-Day Cooling Off Period We offer a 14-day cooling off period on all purchases. If you wish to return an item, you must notify us within 14 days of receiving your order. For orders containing multiple items, the 14-day period begins from the date you receive the last item in your order.
Eligibility To be eligible for a full refund:
- The item must be returned within 14 days of notifying us of your intention to return.
- The item must be in the same condition as when it was sold.
- The customer is responsible for the cost of returning the item to our warehouse in Glenealy, Co. Wicklow.
You may also cancel your order before it has been fulfilled. To cancel, please contact us at info@graceandjoy.ie as soon as possible with your order number.
Refunds Once we receive and inspect the returned item, a full refund of the original purchase price will be issued to your original payment method. In accordance with EU consumer law, refunds will be issued within 14 days of receiving the returned item. Where a return is made under the 14-day cooling off period, we will also refund the standard delivery charge you paid on your original order. We do not refund upgraded or express delivery costs.
How to Start a Return You can start a return through your customer account at https://shopify.com/96475513181/account. If you checked out using a phone number only, you will not be able to use this link — please use the return link in your SMS order confirmation instead, or contact us directly at info@graceandjoy.ie.
Exemptions Certain items may not be eligible for return under the right of withdrawal, including items made to order or customised to your specification. If you are unsure whether your item is eligible, please contact us before purchasing.
