14-Day Cooling Off Period

We offer a 14-day cooling off period on all purchases. If you wish to return an item, you must notify us within 14 days of receiving your order.

Eligibility

To be eligible for a full refund:

•        The item must be returned within 14 days of delivery.

•        The item must be in the same condition as when it was sold.

•        The customer is responsible for the cost of returning the item to our warehouse in Glenealy, Co. Wicklow.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, a full refund of the original purchase price will be issued to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.

How to Arrange a Return

To initiate a return, please contact us at info@graceandjoy.ie within 14 days of receiving your item. Please include your order number and reason for return.
